Who I am

Press Play: Regulate is made and sold by Laila Marchant, trading as Presence Naturopathy (ABN 70 358 098 849). You can reach me at hello@presenceco.au.

By buying or using Press Play, you agree to these terms.

What Press Play is

Press Play is a digital wellbeing kit: short guided videos, practices and information to help you work with your nervous system.

It is for education and general wellbeing only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or crisis support, and it isn’t a replacement for care from your GP, psychologist, therapist or other health professional. Buying it doesn’t make you my client.

Looking after yourself

• Move within your own limits. Stop if anything hurts, makes you dizzy, or feels like too much.
• If you’re pregnant, injured, or have a physical or mental health condition, check with your doctor or therapist before you start.
• Body-based practices can sometimes bring up big feelings. If that happens, slow down, open your eyes, feel your feet on the floor, and reach out for support if you need it.
• Only do the practices somewhere safe, and never while driving.

If you’re in crisis

Press Play isn’t crisis support. If you feel unsafe or might hurt yourself, call your local emergency number (000 in Australia, 112 in Europe), Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or find a free line in your country at findahelpline.com.

Your access

• After paying, you get your own private link. It’s for you personally, so please don’t share or post it.
• You can use Press Play for as long as I offer it. I may update or improve it over time.
• If a link is shared publicly or a payment is refunded or reversed, I may switch that link off.
• Lost your link? Write to me from the email you paid with and I’ll send it again.

Price and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; I never see your card details. If you choose to add a tip, thank you, it’s part of your payment.

Refunds

Press Play comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. If it has a major problem, for example it doesn’t work or isn’t as described, you’re entitled to a refund. Write to me at hello@presenceco.au and I’ll sort it out.

Buyers in the EU and UK

Press Play is digital and opens straight away. By buying, you ask for instant access and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once your access begins. This doesn’t affect your rights if Press Play is faulty.

My content

The videos, words, music and design in Press Play belong to me. You’re welcome to use them for yourself, but please don’t copy, share, resell or record them.

Responsibility

I’ve made Press Play with real care, and how you use it is your choice. Please follow the guidance above and listen to your body. As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for harm from using it against these terms or your own limits. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always stay in place.

Your privacy

When you buy, Stripe shares your name and email with me so I can give you your link and help if you lose it. If you join the waitlist, I keep your name, email and Instagram to tell you when Press Play opens. I don’t sell your details, and you can ask me to delete them any time.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia.
